Meet the only Revolutionary War veteren buried in California whose maritime career began as a child. He is important to not only for his association with the Revolutionary War but as a sailor and later master of ships in the otter pelt trade on the western coast of North America.

The tour will take participants to Sonoma residents like Julius Poppe who created an environment disaster with the importing of Carp, fearless women who lived their lives as individuals. entrepenreurs, and artists.
