What we have in our collection:
Marcy House Archives & Research Center holds archival material related to the Sonoma Valley. We collect material from Pythian Road at the north end of the Valley to San Pablo Bay to the south.

The collection contains some information on the broader Sonoma County Region and California. Types of material include: business records, magazines, funeral records for Sonoma Valley cemeteries, maps, newspapers, records from local organizations and government, train information and maps, personal papers, photographs, school yearbooks, scrapbooks, videos, telephone books, city directories, general history and reference books, pamphlet files and oral histories.

How to make a research request
If you can't visit us, please send a written request via email or regular mail to the Collections Manager. Research requests are answered within two to three days.
Fees
There is no charge for visiting Marcy House or for staff answering general questions. Some fees may apply for research by staff, digital copies, photocopies, and publication uses.
We are a small non-profit depending on donations to help us preserve and maintain the collections.
